Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Onpadel platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — including players, tournament organizers, club administrators, and coaches.

Onpadel is a digital platform for organizing and managing padel tournaments. The Service provides tools for tournament creation, bracket management, player registration, ranking calculation, and community engagement. The platform is available via web browser. Features and availability may change as we continue to develop and improve the Service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate and up-to-date information. - Maintaining the security of your account credentials. - All activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

Tournaments hosted on Onpadel are managed by their respective organizers. Organizers are responsible for setting tournament rules, formats, schedules, and entry requirements. Onpadel provides the technological infrastructure but does not control the decisions made by individual tournament organizers. Any disputes regarding tournament results, rules, or organization should be directed to the tournament organizer first. By registering for a tournament, you agree to abide by the rules set by its organizer and to conduct yourself in a sportsmanlike manner.

Onpadel is free for players. Tournament organizers may be subject to platform fees for using the Service's management tools. Organizer fees are outlined in the subscription plan chosen at the time of registration. Onpadel reserves the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice. Refund policies for tournament entry fees are determined by each tournament organizer. Onpadel is not responsible for refunds of fees paid directly to organizers.

When using Onpadel, you agree not to: - Provide false or misleading information. - Impersonate another person or entity. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems. - Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Harass, abuse, or harm other users. - Manipulate rankings, match results, or tournament outcomes. - Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Onpadel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onpadel and its team shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. - Loss of data, revenue, or profits. - Interruptions in service or platform availability. - Actions taken by tournament organizers or other users. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Onpadel in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue using the Service and request account deletion.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
